This Privacy Policy explains how AgrInnovate Cultivation Solutions (“AgrInnovate CS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when authorized users use the AgrInnovate mobile application (the “App”).
1. Information We Collect
Account identifier. We process the username or account ID assigned to you by AgrInnovate CS or your organization so that you can sign in and access the App. Your password is used only to authenticate your access.
Agricultural operational information. The App may display and process information associated with the authorized farm account, such as fields, irrigation and water measurements, sensor readings, charts, and related operational records. This information is used to provide the App’s farming and monitoring functions.
We do not use the App to collect payment information, health information, contacts, advertising data, or information for cross-app tracking.
2. How We Use Information
- Authenticate authorized users and maintain account security.
- Provide field monitoring, irrigation, water-management, charting, and related App features.
- Respond to support requests and troubleshoot the service.
- Protect the App, our systems, customers, and users from misuse or unauthorized access.
- Comply with applicable legal obligations.
3. Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal information and do not use personal information for third-party advertising or tracking. We may share information with service providers that support hosting, infrastructure, security, and technical operations, subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect legal rights, safety, and security.
4. Data Retention
We retain account information for as long as the account remains active or as needed to provide the service. We may retain limited information for longer where required for security, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or legitimate business records. Information is deleted or anonymized when it is no longer reasonably needed for these purposes.
5. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No system or method of transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
6. Your Choices and Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your App account, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements. Because accounts are issued to authorized customers, your organization may also manage or request changes to your access.
7. Children
The App is a business and agricultural operations service. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. International Processing
Information may be processed in countries other than the country where you live. Where applicable, we take reasonable steps to protect information in accordance with this policy and applicable law.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the App, our practices, or applicable requirements. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
